These Terms of Use govern your access to MockGPT websites, content, waitlist, and current or future interview preparation services. By using MockGPT, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MockGPT.
2. Service description
MockGPT provides AI-powered interview preparation, role matching, practice questions, follow-up prompts, transcripts, and feedback tools for job seekers. Some features are currently shown as product concepts or early-access previews and may change before launch.
MockGPT is a preparation tool. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, admissions, hiring outcomes, compensation, or career results.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use MockGPT. Future account features may require accurate registration information and responsible protection of your login credentials.
4. User content
You are responsible for resumes, job descriptions, interview answers, notes, files, and other materials you submit to MockGPT. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that content.
You keep ownership of your user content. You grant MockGPT a limited license to host, process, analyze, transform, display, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
5. AI outputs
MockGPT may generate interview questions, follow-ups, scores, feedback, summaries, resume suggestions, and related outputs. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a specific situation.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. MockGPT does not provide legal, financial, medical, immigration, or professional hiring advice.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Content Policy and all applicable laws. You may not use MockGPT to harass others, violate privacy, discriminate, misrepresent qualifications, create fraudulent application materials, cheat on live assessments, or upload confidential materials you are not allowed to use.
7. Payments and refunds
MockGPT does not currently offer paid plans on the public website. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at purchase or in the relevant plan terms.
8. Intellectual property
MockGPT, its branding, website design, software, content, and related materials are owned by MockGPT or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit MockGPT except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
9. Third-party services and links
MockGPT may link to third-party websites or use third-party infrastructure, analytics, hosting, AI, payment, or email services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
10. Beta features and availability
Early-access, beta, or preview features may be incomplete, interrupted, changed, or removed at any time. We may limit access to protect reliability, security, or product quality.
11. Disclaimers
MockGPT is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockGPT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or career outcomes related to your use of the service.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as MockGPT evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
